Access is also
part of care.

Lumental Care works continuously to make its digital experiences usable by as many people as possible, across different abilities, devices, assistive technologies, and forms of interaction.

01 / Ongoing commitment

A clearer and more inclusive experience.

Accessibility is neither an isolated step nor an additional feature. It is part of caring for the digital experience and must evolve with the website. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines — WCAG 2.2 — as a reference for this evolution, with particular attention to Level A and AA criteria.

01

Perceivable

Information presented in ways that can be perceived by people with different sensory needs.

02

Operable

Navigation and controls that can be used with a keyboard, touch, and different interaction technologies.

03

Understandable

Consistent structure, clear language, and predictable behavior throughout the experience.

04

Robust

Content structured to work progressively with browsers and assistive technologies.

02 / Current resources

What is already part of this website.

  • 01

    Primary page language identified in the page structure

  • 02

    Semantic structure with headings, sections, navigation, and main content

  • 03

    A link to skip directly to the main content

  • 04

    Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators

  • 05

    Links with text that describes their destinations

  • 06

    Adaptation for mobile, tablet, desktop, and content enlargement

  • 07

    Reduced motion based on the preference configured on the device

  • 08

    Alternative text for existing informative images

03 / Known limitations

Continuous improvement requires transparency.

The website has not yet undergone a complete formal audit with people with disabilities and multiple assistive technologies. This statement therefore does not constitute certification or a claim of full conformance with a specific WCAG level.

Links and content hosted on external platforms may have limitations beyond our complete control. We will also seek to consider accessibility when selecting those resources.

04 / Found a barrier?

We want to understand the difficulty.

Use the support channel indicated in the Lumental product or service with which you are interacting. A dedicated accessibility channel will be published on this page once its structure is in place.

To help us, share only what you consider necessary:

  • the page or resource accessed;
  • the difficulty encountered;
  • the browser and device;
  • the assistive technology used, when applicable.
Do not send personal or health information that is not necessary to describe the barrier.
